Small IImprovements
As a part of the company’s core intranet development, the Über-Achiever Feedback Tool (Small Improvements) is the primary piece connecting 360 feedback for multiple offices and departments of the agency. This initiative included research with a software selection process, business case proposal to leadership, application set up, launch for two offices with staff and managerial segments and follow-up feature rollouts.
