Journey began with recruiting a marketing team to provide pro bono services including graphic design, software development, copywriting and social media marketing. We then created the style guide to strengthen the brand identity across all organization communications. From there, we built integrated campaigns, primarily leveraging social media, website and print.
We strengthened the brand identity and increased volunteer participation, event attendance and funding. The attendance of the first event with full marketing support more than tripled previous event turnout.
